We work with you on a short setup call so checkout shows the methods you meant. Same-day when we can. Live checkout does not change until you publish; we can Preview first.

## What to include

* What you expected and what you saw
* Screenshots if you have them
* Whether the rule is Live or Preview

## Shipping options not changing

Check that:

* The rule is Live, or you are a Preview tester
* Conditions match the checkout
* Rule priority is correct
* You synced after the last save

Confirm the rule status on the dashboard before writing in.

## Rules not syncing

Try **Sync Rules** in the app dashboard, then reload checkout.
